This week, I really improved my project after getting helpful advice from Professor Laurie. Here's what I did:
I updated the social media posts in the project. Now, they're more appealing to young people (Gen Z) because they have better visuals and stories.
I worked on making the consultation video better. This is a key part of the project and I made it more interesting and useful, especially for Gen Z.
Professor Laurie and I thought about the project's direction. We decided to change it a bit to focus more on what young people care about, instead of just small businesses.
I also updated my thesis website to match the project better. This keeps the look and message consistent everywhere.
For next week, I've planned:
To finish all parts of the project by Sunday, including the design, content, and how it works.
To test the project with some users to see what they think and improve it based on their feedback.
To meet with Professor Laurie on Friday for more advice and to make the project even better.
Also, I had a big moment this week. I interviewed a small business owner for a case study. We talked about how my project might help his business. I recorded this chat, and it'll be really important for the next phase of the project.
I'm really excited about how the project is going and I'm looking forward to making it even better for young people and small business owners.
